My most favorite rifle is the Marlin 444 I got at Wiley Outdoor Sports in Saltville. I got my Marlin in the hunting section at Gart Sports in Saltville, Maryland.
I used to like shooting these Marlin 444 and the .280 and thus shoot them often and have high confidence using them when hunting. I got my Marlin 30-30 at the Wiley Outdoor Sports in Saltville. I like the the .303 British best for deer hunting. My favorite caliber is .303 British and 30-30.
My favorite rifle is my new Marlin 444 with the checkered maple chambered in .303 British and 30-30. The best hunting trip was the shoot outside of Saltville when Virgina spotted the big buck.
I bought it at a garage sale and learned how to work on Marlin single actions. A minor problem the eight-round clip cannot be loaded with 30-30 single rounds. My friend (Ezekiel) said his favorite caliber is the 30-30 he got at a NWTF banquet last season.
