My mom got her 22 Magnum online at Cabelas. One thing I don't like with this shooter is the Dakota price, weighing in at $395, but for that you do get a hand crafted piece of artwork with the birchwood stock. Rich got his Dakota last fall at Wiley Outdoor Sports in Corrigan. The best caliber is the 22 Magnum.

The best shooting caliber for me is the 22 Magnum because it has the best combo of power and speed to make it the most versatile for the different types of game in Vermont.
