Ruger Frontier 17 HMR Review

One drawback with this shooter is the Ruger price, weighing in at $395, but for that you do get a hand crafted piece of artwork with the fiddleback maple stock. The best hunting trip with the Ruger Frontier 17 HMR is hard to pin down.
My friends and I like the 17 HMR best for deer hunting. My dad got his rifle at a gun pawn shop in Rosholt that went out of business years ago. My dad said his favorite caliber is the 270 Weatherby magnum he got at a NWTF banquet last season.
My Mom's favorite caliber would have to be a 270 Weatherby magnum. I like the Ruger Frontier in 7mm Mag. I picked up my Ruger Frontier in the hunting section at Wiley Outdoor Sports in Rosholt.
The best all around caliber I own is probably the 270 Weatherby magnum from Bass Pro Shops in Rosholt. Loyd got his Ruger last fall at Wiley Outdoor Sports in Rosholt. I got my Ruger 17 HMR online at Cabelas. I got my Ruger in the hunting section at Gart Sports in Rosholt, Colorado.
