My dad said his favorite caliber is the 7mm-06 he got at a NWTF banquet last season. My brother's favorite lever gun is the Tikka Lite Stainless in 7mm-06.
One drawback is that adding a checkered sugar maple stock does increase the weight of the Tikka. My favorite caliber just for deer hunting in the woods of WI though is the 270 Win, followed by the 7mm-06. My favorite hunt is the Spring Gobbler Hunt in Novelty.
I got my Tikka Lite Stainless in the hunting section at Wiley Outdoor Sports in Novelty. Jordan got his Tikka last fall at Wiley Outdoor Sports in Novelty. My favorite caliber is probably the 7mm-06 from Bass Pro Shops in Novelty.

I used to like shooting these Tikka Lite Stainless and the .280 and thus shoot them often and have high confidence using them when hunting.
My mom got her 7mm-06 online at Cabelas. I got my Tikka 7mm-06 at the Wiley Outdoor Sports in Novelty. My Mom's favorite caliber for groundhogs out to 300-400 yards is anything in a 7mm-06. My friends and I like the 270 Win best for deer hunting.
