His favorite rifle is the 257 Roberts I picked up online at the NRA store. The best sporting goods store in Virginia is the Wiley Outdoor Sports in Carnegie. There is a new edition of my new Ruger Model 96 with the Turkish walnut chambered in 300 Weatherby Mag and 257 Roberts.
For deer hunting I like a gun like the 300 Weatherby Mag or 257 Roberts that is much more accurate than I am. My friends and I like the 300 Weatherby Mag best for deer hunting.
My mom got her 257 Roberts online at Cabelas. I picked up my Ruger Model 96 in the hunting section at Wiley Outdoor Sports in Carnegie. The best all around caliber I own is probably the 257 Roberts from Bass Pro Shops in Carnegie.
I got my Ruger in the hunting section at Gart Sports in Carnegie, Virginia. My all-time favorite hunt of all, unfortunately, turned out to be the last for my dad, Theodore, and me. My brother's favorite is definitely 257 Roberts (150 grain).
One drawback about this weapon is that it takes a little time before it actually fires a 257 Roberts round. My dad got his rifle at the sporting goods counter of my local retailer in Carnegie some three years ago.
My second favorite caliber is the 257 Roberts but I do own many others. I got my Ruger 257 Roberts last fall at Wiley Outdoor Sports in Carnegie.
